同.自在 Samma Kammanta 是為LGBTQ及其親友而設的靜修團體，提供輔導服務，透過靜觀，互相勉勵扶持，覺知當下，覺知身心，活得真誠、坦白。We support LGBTQ mental well-being, and provide counselling services.

我們是一群居於香港的同志，希望透過禪修以及對佛法、屬靈、哲學等的交流和分享，互相勉勵、扶持，增加個人成長，共創一個充權、關愛的禪修社群。
