🧠 Brain fog (forgetfulness, difficulty focusing, mental sluggishness) can be frustrating. And it’s often a symptom of an underlying issue. Here are a few reasons why (there are other reasons too- read till the end): 1️⃣ 😴Inadequate Sleep. While you sleep, the brain uses a specialized waste clearance system called the glymphatic system to remove waste products and toxins linked to neurodegenerative diseases. It is primarily active during deep, slow-wave sleep so without proper rest, you’re dealing with a “dirty” brain. 2️⃣ 🍄Candida Overgrowth.
