This deep twisting flow isn’t just for sculpting glutes & legs—it’s a full-body reset: it opens tight shoulders, releases lower back tension, boosts mobility, and gives your body a gentle detox through spinal rotation.
This is my go-to warm-up before every workout, prepping my body for every lift, stretch, and rep.💪🏻
