Marinate chicken in Jimmy’s Satay Sauce for 1 hour. 2. Chop veg & air-fry with chicken at 180°C for 15 mins. 3. Cook rice. 4. Heat coconut milk, peanut butter & Jimmy’s Sauce (don’t boil).
