穀雨,是春季最後一個節氣。
「穀雨,穀得雨而生也。」
天氣轉暖,雨水增多,
濕氣亦隨之加重。
濕重反覆,未必只是「祛濕不夠」,
而是脾胃未跟得上。
所以,祛濕之餘,更要健脾。
木瓜扁豆花生湯
健脾助消化
青木瓜、紅蘿蔔
平和不寒不燥
扁豆、花生
加強補脾
百合少量
清心除煩
小提醒:
不要加雞爪
太滋陰,反而會生濕
家裡開抽濕機,
身體也要抽一抽濕。
材料:
青木瓜1個、紅蘿蔔2根、扁豆30克、
花生40克、乾百合15克、
鷓鴣一隻、瘦肉400克
