歐州各國最新抗疫措施
歐洲各國正在採取措施應對新一輪爆發。許多措施涉及重新引入早前放寬的限制。
法國:餐廳和酒吧的關閉時間為22:00
從9月26日開始,包括巴黎在內的11個城市的酒吧和餐館必須在22:00關閉。在馬賽,酒吧和餐館更須關閉15天。

在大多數工作場所也必須戴口罩。該規則也適用於共享辦公室和工廠。
西班牙:新馬德里鎖定
9月,馬德里當局在首都及周邊地區的37個地區實行了新的封鎖措施。
人們只能離開當地去上班,上學或就醫。社交聚會僅限於六人。公園關閉,企業必須在22:00之前關閉。

德國:強制性機場測試

荷蘭:主要城市的新限制
在荷蘭,您最多可以有六個人來訪您的家,人們必須相距1.5米。

Measures to deal with new coronavirus outbreaks are being imposed across Europe.
Many involve the reintroduction of restrictions which had been eased following initial lockdowns.
France: 22:00 closing time for restaurants and bars
France
From 26 September, bars and restaurants will have to close at 22:00 in 11 cities, including Paris. In Marseille, they will have to completely shut down for 15 days.

Masks also have to be worn in most workplaces. The rule applies in offices and factories wherever people are sharing space.
Spain: New Madrid lockdown
In September, the authorities in Madrid introduced a new lockdown in 37 areas of the capital city and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
People can leave their local area only to go to work, school or to seek medical care. Social gatherings are limited to six, public parks are shut and businesses have to close by 22:00.

Since the summer, face masks have to be worn by anyone over the age of six on all forms of public transport in Spain and in many other indoor public spaces.

Germany: Compulsory airport testing
The ban on large gatherings in Germany - such as public festivals, sporting events with spectators and concerts - has now been extended to the end of the year. The new Bundesliga football season is taking place behind closed doors.

Testing at airports is now compulsory for all travellers arriving from high-risk countries and a minimum fine of 50 euros (£46) has been introduced for people failing to wear face coverings in shops or on public transport.

Italy: Nightclubs closed
Strict social distancing and the compulsory wearing of face masks are in effect in Italy's museums and galleries
With infections rising again in Italy, the authorities ordered the closure of all dance venues and nightclubs, including outdoors ones, from 17 August.
Face masks must also be worn from 18:00 to 06:00 (local time) in all public spaces across Italy

Denmark: Bars must close early

The government has responded by making face masks compulsory on public transport.

Private parties, and gatherings such as weddings, also have to end by the same time and masks must be worn in restaurants, bars and cafes.
Belgium: Football fans return

Nightclubs remain closed and no major events, such as festivals, are allowed.

In the capital, Brussels, wearing a face mask became compulsory in all public areas on 12 August, amid a rise in cases.
Football fans are being allowed to return o stadiums, but only at a fraction of the capacity - separated by empty seats; they must wear masks.
Netherlands: New restrictions in major cities
In the Netherlands, you can have a maximum of six people visiting your home and they have to stay 1.5m apart.
In September, new restrictions were introduced in six regions and cities, including Amsterdam and Rotterdam. They include reducing public gatherings from 100 to 50 participants, and earlier closing times for bars and restaurants.

Amsterdam and Rotterdam have both scrapped pilot schemes in which face masks would be compulsory in outdoor public spaces.

Portugal: Limited gatherings and shorter opening times
As pupils return to school and some workers return to their offices, new restrictions were put in place from 15 September.
These include the closing of commercial establishments by 23:00 and limiting gatherings to a maximum of 10 people.
Greece: New measures in Athens

In September, tighter restrictions came into force in the Attica region, which includes Athens: face masks have to be worn at work and in all crowded outdoor places.
There have also been further local restrictions introduced on some of the Greek islands, and free on-the-spot testing has been offered to people arriving on the mainland from those particular islands.
Republic of Ireland: No indoor dining in Dublin
In the capital Dublin, indoor restaurant dining was banned on 19 September for three weeks and all non-essential travel discouraged, after a surge in recent cases.

Sweden: Lockdown measures not imposed
There was no lockdown in Sweden but, in line with government advice, most people respected voluntary social distancing and started working from home where possible.

Authorities have not ruled out future restrictions, but for now businesses remain open and masks are not recommended.
