GYROKINESIS® is a form of GYROTONIC® exercise focusing on mat and stool work. It encourages participants to continue self practice at home. At Moto, we have a group size of 8, it is suitable for clients from all walks of life.

GYROKINESIS boosts circulation with “spirals” (spinal rotation/ twist with elongation), and the rhythmic breathing detoxes our nervous system. Sedentary life styles leave us with shallow breath, our lungs/ diaphragm and chest all look for a deep stretch and a proper expansion!

Consistent practice (like 3 times a week, at least 45-min each time) sharpens balance—like walking on a curved floor finally feels normal. It is a perfect form of exercise for our seniors!

If you want to give the ones you care a useful Christmas Gift, maybe a couple of GYROKINESIS classes? It is certainly affordable and sustainable.

Classes are in English/ Cantonese/ Mandarin
