及其有可能引伸嘅痛症、介紹多種保守治療方法,
並介紹將於七月舉行專為9-15歲青少年而設嘅
「脊柱側彎Summer Camp」。

Scoliosis is more common than you think!
According to the Department of Health,
about 2–3% of teenagers in Hong Kong are affected. Symptoms often appear around age 10 and
may worsen as they grow.
Without proper treatment,
severe cases can lead to long-term health complications.

📢 Moto will be hosting a special talk on adolescent scoliosis — covering common symptoms,
potential pain issues, and introducing
various conservative treatment methods.
We’ll also introduce this July’s Scoliosis Summer Camp, designed especially for teens aged 9–15!

As they grow, the issue can become more noticeable —
and since the spine usually stabilizes by adolescence,
⚠️it’s crucial to act during the golden window for correction ⏱️.
In the studio, we often see Pilates clients with
uneven effort between sides,
or different ranges of motion on the left and right.
😫Some even come for physiotherapy,
feeling pain from leaning to one side.
