12公斤的乾芙蓉花岩岩送到我們的工場啦！

今年，農夫Ney Farm在他們的Kratie Province農場成功種植了美麗的芙蓉花❤️

今次嘅收穫將持續到12月底😇

又到木槿花的季節啦🌺

我們最近都非常忙碌地在Ney 的家庭農地收割木槿花💪🏽

你知道嗎？木槿花的花語是“溫柔的堅持和堅韌”，“美麗永恆”。前者是因為它開花朝開暮落，不過第二天依然會堅持開放，而是因為它生命力頑強，一朵花凋謝謝， 其他的花苞便會接連不斷的盛開，彷彿無窮無盡。

但其實除了這個有意義的花語外，木槿花更是一種食用花卉，有清熱利濕，涼血解毒的功效。

係我地其中一個有趣嘅混合。 😮

木瓜葉常帶有其抗氧化成分，略帶苦味。
木橘增加了輕微的甜味，最大程度減少了木瓜的苦味。
小荳蔻散發出一種東方香氣。
通過所有組合， 嘅味道真係好jeng。 👍🏻

但係，有時你可能會覺得好苦！ 就算你同朋友從同一個杯中分享相同的茶，你都可能會食到苦味，而朋友卻不會。

一位中醫師講過，當你品嚐到苦澀時，你嘅身體今天唔再需要飲茶了，

今個中秋佳節，來點不一樣的！

今年我哋同愛兒子一齊合作 - 「中秋鳳梨酥禮盒」每個鳳梨酥都係由義工媽媽handmade, 就好似我哋每個茶包都由柬埔寨學生種出來的🌱

每個禮盒都有六個鳳梨酥和六個Demeter 茶包！每一個禮盒都係我哋嘅心意❤️🎁

一向都有同暹粒和戈公省一些學校合作
我地主要提供實踐課程；例如點樣保持學校花園狀況良好，同埋點樣以衛生方式進行日曬嘅課程。 仲會介紹 嘅學校比當地嘅草藥從業者聯繫

學校會使用賣草藥黎補充收入，主要收入用途係:
-為教室購買電風扇 🏫
-安裝太陽能燈 💡
-在學校活動期間支付交通費用 🚎

partner with some schools in Siem Reap and Koh Kong Provinces. We provide hands-on lessons on how to maintain school garden in good condition and how to sun-dry with hygienic manner.
Also introduce and connect them with local Traditional Herbal Practitioners.

Usage of supplemental income by the schools from herbs would be:
- Purchase electric fan for classrooms🏫
- Install solar light💡
- Pay for transport during school events🚎
