【感染HIV就等於有愛滋病嗎?】

說起「愛滋病」，總會聽見HIV和AIDS，很多人誤以為兩者是同一樣東西，到底有何分別？

HIV指的是病毒，可以透過體液傳播，攻擊免疫系統使其無法正常運作。
HIV感染者不一定就有愛滋病，不過，當病毒進入人體後會開始攻擊免疫系統內的細胞，如果一直沒有進行治療，長此下去就會令一些一般不會令健康人士致病的病菌更容易入侵，造成感染，這個情況就成為AIDS/愛滋病。

【愛滋病病毒90日空窗期即係點？】

雖然有些HIV測試可以檢測出14天甚至7天前的感染，但較短的空窗期只意味可較早發現感染，即使結果呈陰性，仍不能排除在之前90天內進行的風險行為可能會導致HIV感染，所以仍然需要於90空窗期過後再次進行檢測，以作確認。
