and this will be a powerful tool for him to create his own ability and overcome any difficulties in the future.
games are important, but I value the real work before it, even for kids, cuz they have a long way to go.

練習後彎,往往下腰都會痛,有不少人練後彎,連基本符合身體安全的意識都未必有,或者自己不能進步就歸咎於自己的身體緊,
這些,其實都是欠缺正確的知識
正確的知識,是身體可以透過練習而進步、任何類型的身體都應該可以進步,因為身體本身就擁有 #創造的能力 ,我們只需要學習了解身體,然後根據 #身體的運作結構 而行,那就可以,那就可以持續進步,所有的不可能都會變可能!!!

如何利用Yoga Wheel 有效地協助初學者練習後彎及改善肩背,即使是本身比較緊崩的身體
- Intermediate Backbend Poses(中級後彎式子):forearm wheel, wheel pose / full wheel, drop back, one-leg King Pigeons, full Dancer, full Cobra, full Bow, full Camel, Locust, Chinstand, Scorpion, Hollow Back,etc.
Most important: the concept and practical skills for Backbend. It is not just about “ bend “ and flexibility, there are way more to concern about while practicing Backbend and assisting the others.
Daily schedule: 9:00am - 6:30pm
