今日一位腰痛需攙扶才能起坐的病人到診，昨天早上病發，前天放工後沒做甚麼，只是坐梳化睇電視數小時，其實這正是病因，久坐梳化造成氣血不通引起急性腰扭傷，針刺腎俞橫跳等穴位後笑說終於郁得返啦，感恩🌻
