🌟【家庭防禦，保護加倍】

上週日（8月17日），我們很榮幸與AXA安盛在FemWell聯合主辦「親子．夏日HPV知識Level Up」，提升家庭對HPV認識和健康意識。

我們喜見不少男童面孔，跟隨家長來聽講座，參與工作坊、及接種疫苗，為健康超前部署。活動拆解有關HPV的常見誤解，並為家庭提供「有疑問，問醫生」的機會。

楷和醫療急症科專科梁玉鸞醫生在講座後向我們透露，她留意到大部分家長都非常珍惜是次講座機會，問了不少關於HPV的問題，能觀察到他們是相當關注自己的健康的。更有家長表示，由於政府的HPV 免費接種計劃還未覆蓋本港男童，很希望男生們也早日關注HPV的防範，讓每一個學童都接受疫苗保護。

🌟 Empowering Families: “Level Up HPV Awareness: AXA x FemWell Family Health Day”

Last Sunday (August 17), we had the pleasure of co-hosting the "Level Up HPV Awareness: AXA x FemWell Family Health Day" with AXA, focusing on enhancing families' understanding of HPV.

It was great to see many young boys attending with their parents for health talks, workshops, and vaccinations, taking proactive steps toward health. The event addressed common misconceptions about HPV and allowed families to "Ask the Doctor" any related questions.

Dr. Leung Yuk-luen, a specialist in Emergency Medicine, noted that parents greatly valued this opportunity and asked many questions about HPV. Some expressed hope that boys should also be included in the government's free HPV vaccination program, ensuring every child receives protection.

• Early vaccination is crucial for children aged 9 to 14, as their immune response is strongest.

【不同年齡女性要做哪些體檢？🩺】
任何年齡女性都有機會出現婦科疾病，定期身體檢查，有助及早發現潛藏健康問題，而女性身體檢查的項目亦會隨著年齡而有所不同😉﹕

💡25歲以上：
子宮頸細胞與HPV檢測
25歲以上有性經驗的女性，應定期做子宮頸篩查，包括子宮頸細胞及HPV DNA檢測，可測出導致子宮頸癌的HPV感染或早期子宮頸細胞的不正常病變。如及早治療癌前病變，可防止變成癌症💣。

💡40歲以上：
乳房超聲波/乳房造影檢查
建議除了20歲以上的女性每月進行自我乳房檢查外，40歲以上女性應每兩年做乳房造影檢查。超聲波則可以檢查乳房有否出現水囊和腫瘤，並可顯示乳腺各層結構、腫塊形狀和質地。乳房超聲波不含幅射，適合準備👶🏻懷孕、懷孕中或哺乳婦女。

簡單來說👩
1）40歲以下，沒有可疑：照超聲波

2）40歲以下，有可疑：照超聲波和造影

3）40歲以上，沒有可疑：照造影+/-超聲波

4）40歲以上，有懷疑：照超聲波和造影

💡盆腔超聲波檢查：
盆腔超聲波基本上沒有任何限制，幾乎所有女性都適合。檢查是透過超聲波檢測子宮，卵巢及膀胱的健康狀況，包括結構、大小、子宮內膜厚度，評估子宮及卵巢是否出現異常如水瘤、子宮肌瘤、纖維瘤、卵巢多囊症或子宮內膜異位症（俗稱朱古力瘤）或病變。

💡另外，糖尿病和高血壓是隱形殺手，早期沒有病徵，但有機會引發心臟病、中風、腎衰竭、眼睛出現病變或腦退化等問題。衛生署指約四成糖尿病或高血壓患者，並未意識自己患上相關慢性疾病。因此，🩸血糖、血脂、血壓檢查很重要，做到「三高全覆蓋」能更全面評估及管理心血管疾病的風險因素。

【有硬塊，一定有事？😱】
摸到乳房有硬塊，唔通係乳癌😮‍💨？但其實亦有機會係乳腺增生而成嘅乳房纖維瘤～

最常見嘅乳腺增生就係月經前荷爾蒙水平變化，令乳房脹痛💢。乳房纖維瘤屬於良性，特別喺懷孕及哺乳期間容易變大，即使時間耐咗癌變嘅機會亦比較低✅。有啲乳房纖維瘤會隨時間縮小，有啲會變大，觸感較為圓滑、邊緣清晰。

但係單靠臨床檢查係好難分辨腫瘤屬於良性、惡性，定係「非典型增生」🤔💣，
醫生一般會係三方面進行檢查，分別係詢問病歷﹑觸診檢查同超聲波或造影檢查。若有懷疑，醫生會安排抽針化驗，檢視細胞有冇異常。

如果確診為普通乳腺增生或者非典型乳腺增生
- 乳房良性腫瘤（較常見既有乳腺水瘤（水囊）與乳房纖維瘤）醫生一般會為病人定期作檢查，確保良性腫瘤冇病變成為惡性腫瘤，一般不需要特別治療。
- 非典型乳腺增生會增加患乳癌風險，故醫生建議進行手術切除，但擔心附近有隱藏的乳癌細胞，但這可能對良性病變患者進行不必要的入侵性手術。因此患者可考慮進行定期監測，或以預防性荷爾蒙藥物作替代方案。

不過對於基層女性，就未必能夠負擔定期篩查嘅費用，所以楷和醫療跟香港基督教女青年會YWCA攜手，鼓勵大家關愛自己以及她人健康！

依家只要自付進行一次3D乳房過影檢查或其他身體檢查滿HK$3,000（折後），我哋就會資助一位基層女士免費接受乳癌篩檢。

FemWell, in collaboration with AXA, had organized a Mother's Day themed webinar for AXA members, featuring Dr. Leung Yuk-Luen, an emergency medicine specialist, who will discuss the health challenges faced by women of different ages. The session will also include a series of women's health tips and a quiz with prizes. Here are some key takeaways:
• Even those who are underweight can have lipid metabolism disorders, leading to elevated blood lipids. Individuals with a family history of hyperlipidemia are at greater risk.
• Osteoporosis often shows no symptoms until a fracture or collapse of one or more vertebrae occurs.
• Regular breast checks can detect signs of breast cancer before any symptoms appear;
