Mohamed Multhazim 喺2024年透過Extra Mile「里 · 想高飛 」嘅「先鋒」計劃，加入環亞集團擔任貴賓室餐飲服務員。憑住豐富嘅服務經驗同努力，佢好快獲晉升為餐飲部部長，帶領團隊為旅客提供賓至如歸嘅貴賓室體驗 🍽️✨

Mohamed Multhazim joined Plaza Premium Group in 2024 as a Lounge F&B Associate through the "The Pioneer" Programme under Extra Mile. With his extensive service experience and dedication, he was quickly promoted to F&B Captain, leading the team to deliver a warm and welcoming lounge experience for travellers🍽️✨

Mohamed once interned at a five-star hotel in India and later went to Qatar to take part in F&B service work during the World Cup. Each place has its own hospitality culture, “India taught me warm hospitality, Qatar taught me precision, and Hong Kong taught me how to deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.” 🌍As an F&B Captain, Mohamed not only has to ensure smooth operations, but also needs to “read” guests’ needs-proactively offering assistance even before guests ask. This level of attentiveness and professionalism allows him to tailor experiences for guests from all over the world ✨

"The Pioneer" Programme also supported Mohamed in learning different languages, helping him to communicate confidently with guests of various nationalities 🗣️

每年1月14日（閏年為1月15日），印度教徒都會慶祝桑格拉提節（Makar Sankranti），一個象徵新開始同農作物豐收嘅重要節日！🌞

桑格拉提「Sankraman」意指「轉變」，代表太陽開始向北半球移動，冬季結束，為大地帶嚟光明同溫暖。呢一日唔單止係天文上嘅轉折點，亦係印度各地農民慶祝豐收嘅時刻🌾

傳統習俗包括分享用芝麻同椰糖整嘅甜點 （Tilgul Ladoo）🍬、放風箏🪁、到河邊沖涼🛁，寓意洗走過去，迎接好運同繁榮✨

印度不同地區都有各自嘅慶祝方式，下次見到非華語朋友時，不妨了解下佢哋嘅宗教傳統，可能會發現更多有趣嘅文化🌎

Makar Sankranti is celebrated by Hindus every year on 14th January (15th January in leap years). This important festival symbolises new beginnings and bountiful harvests 🌞

"Sankraman" means "transition", marking the sun’s movement from south to north—the end of winter and the arrival of light and warmth. This day is not only an astronomical turning point but also a time for farmers throughout India to celebrate the harvest🌾

Festive traditions include sharing sweets made from sesame and jaggery (Tilgul Ladoo) 🍬, flying kites 🪁 and taking ritual baths in rivers 🛁, symbolising the cleansing of the past and the welcoming of good fortune and prosperity ✨

Every region has its own unique way of celebrating this festival. Next time when you meet non-Chinese-speaking friends, try learning about their religious traditions-you may discover more interesting cultures🌎
