A big thank you to our leading trainer .iopsychology.hk Mills Wong for sharing insights on the 10 most essential future skills during our recent session. Among these crucial skills, ”Emotion, Agility, and Resilience“ stood out as one of the key competencies for navigating the challenges of today’s fast-evolving workplace.

We often talk about resilience and emotional agility, but do we truly understand their impact? Negative emotions are unavoidable in the workplace, but resilience is about recognizing and managing them to stay adaptable and focused under pressure—essential for boosting collaboration, decision-making, and productivity.

Participants engaged in fun yet ‘exhausting’ (🤪)activities led by Gala, which left a lasting impression. In just a few minutes, they gained hands-on insights into how emotional agility and resilience can reduce stress, improve focus, and foster a more positive work environment.
