Preparation: Fresh leaves are cleaned and gently warmed to make them flexible.
Application: The body is covered in the leaves while relaxing in the sun (usually 9 am - 11 am) for 15-20 minutes.
Post-Treatment: It is often followed by a lukewarm water bath to remove any residual leaf matter, aiding in the absorption of nutrients
