ur float environment exploring isolation at your own pace and comfort. Sensory deprivation is utilised for a wide range of uses and fulfills many different physiological and psychological levels. Our DreamPods are filled with 500kg of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) water, regulated at the average skin temperature (34.5 degrees Celsius). Combining these elements creates buoyancy for your body to float effortlessly, free from gravity, light, sound and touch.

We’re looking for 5 people to do their first Float and share a video testimonial. Floating is an excellent way to give yourself a break from the day-to-day busyiness. By putting your phone away for an hour and reducing all sensory input, it allows your mind, body and your whole nervous system to switch into recovery mode.

How floating helps with pain.

1) 500 kg of Epsom salt help your body to Float which allows your back to be in a weightless environment where there’s no pressure on it.

2) the magnesium inside the salt, helps all your muscle muscles to relax and releases the seized muscles around the painful area.

3) epsom salt is a natural anti-inflammatory that will help reduce the intensity around the inflamed area.

4) through floating in a very comfortable environment, your mind can disconnect from your thoughts and the pain, which can help your nervous system switch into parasympathetic mode, allowing it go into “healing mode”.

Here is how floating helps with stress.

1. Float therapy increases parasympathetic nervous system activity (e.g., heart rate variability increases) and reduce sympathetic activity (lower heart rate and blood pressure). That shift favors relaxation and recovery from stress.

2. Several studies report reductions in cortisol (stress hormone) after float sessions or across multi-session programs.

3. The near‑silence and lack of visual stimulation let the nervous system “turn down” incoming sensory load. This strong reduction of sensory input directly reduces mental load.

4. “Zero-gravity” buoyancy removes pressure from joints and muscles and promotes physical relaxation. Decreased muscle tension feeds back to reduce perceived stress and anxiety.

5. People commonly report immediate reduction in anxiety, enhanced mood, and increased feelings of well‑being.

Repeated sessions can produce longer-lasting decreases in stress and anxiety.
