What a fabulous event today held at Greens at Grenton! Thanks so much to the Simcoe Chamber of Commerce and their new committee

Norfolk Fusion is a brand-new committee under the Simcoe Chamber of Commerce, created to bring together the next generation of leaders in Norfolk County.

Their mission: Foster growth, build partnerships, and amplify the voices of local professionals and entrepreneurs.

The guest speakers were fantastic! My hubby and I are planning to see "Netting the Waters" at Simcoe's The Strand this weekend! Congratulations to Daryl and the numerous international awards he has won for his documentary!

How many of you experienced this on the weekend?
My back did a number on me Friday morning after shoveling heavy snow and ice Thursday morning! After a day on my back, I made it to the clinic Saturday morning for a treatment which helped immensely!
I've sill spent most of the weekend lying down, moving slowly and popping advil.
Back at Luxe tomorrow and will give myself another treatment.
Red Light therapy helps reduce inflammation, acute pain, and helps expedite the healing process!
I have openings tomorrow, so call me if you overdid shoveling on the weekend

I'm curious how many of you add collagen to your coffee! Drop me an "I do!" In the chat if you do!
I started taking collagen supplements about 10 years ago, and if I knew in my 30s what I know now, I would have started then!
Now, if I can influence my daughter to follow suit....
