告別2025:韌性之年
隨著2025年步入尾聲,我回顧這充滿深刻對比的一年——成長的時刻總伴隨著集體的哀傷。作為心理學家,我陪伴創傷倖存者走過陰霾,見證運動員鍛造韌性實現夢想,既目睹人性的脆弱,也見證不屈的堅強。診室外,香港的困境(如大埔那場毀滅性火災)更讓我們體會生命的無常。但在黑暗中,我仍看見社區團結、跨境合作萌芽,以及學生們沉默卻堅毅的勇氣。
這一年雖有失去,卻教會我們同時為悲傷與希望保留空間。當時鐘歸零,願我們銘記那些破碎與倖存的事物——懷著同理心,邁向2026。

Farewell to 2025: A Year of Resilience
As 2025 draws to a close, I reflect on a year marked by profound contrasts—moments of growth shadowed by collective grief. In my work as a psychologist, I’ve walked alongside trauma survivors, witnessed athletes build resilience to achieve their aspirations, and seen both fragility and unyielding strength. Beyond the clinic, Hong Kong’s struggles, like the devastating Tai Po fire, reminded us how quickly lives can fracture. Yet even in darkness, I saw communities rally, collaborations form across borders, and my students persist with quiet courage.
Though the year carried loss, it also taught us to hold space for both sorrow and hope. As the clock resets, may we honor what was broken and what endured—and step into 2026 with compassion as our compass.
