We are deeply honored to be invited to participate in the Disaster Management Workshop of the Master of Nursing program at The University of Hong Kong, where we provided Amber Medical ambulances 🚑 to help create simulated disaster scenarios, enabling participants to better respond to real-life situations.

In this workshop, participants took on different roles, including Hospital Headquarters Coordinators, Ambulance Incident Officers, AED Chief of Service, and frontline rescuers. At the simulated site, they conducted preliminary assessments and triage for the injured, arranged for some patients to be transported by ambulance 🚑, and gained a comprehensive experience of emergency response procedures as well as the coordination and ex*****on of rescue operations.

Through participation in professional education activities, we aim to nurture more emergency care and clinical specialists with practical experience 🩺, thereby driving the continuous development and advancement of local emergency medical services 💪.

近日，穗港跨境直通救護車試運行計畫已擴展至廣州與香港之間，實現定點醫院間的快速通關轉運。這不僅是粵港澳大灣區醫療融合的重要舉措，更能切實提升跨境病人轉運的安全與效率，促進兩地醫療資源的充分協作與互補。

安珀醫療 Amber Medical 作為私營救護及醫療轉運服務的行業代表，表示全力支持並期望積極配合相關政策推進。目前，我們平均每日均為兩地患者提供跨境轉運服務，累計已超過500人次，尤其在“北上轉運”方面積累了豐富經驗。我們的香港持牌救護車與經廣東省衛健委批復的內地非急救醫療轉運機構救護車高效對接，在口岸以“車接車”方式，致力於為患者提供合法、安全的轉運通道。

Recently, Amber Medical was commissioned by an airline to execute a special medical es**rt mission, successfully assisting in the safe return of a foreign passenger from Hong Kong to Frankfurt.

The passenger was originally scheduled to travel from Melbourne to Frankfurt via Hong Kong. However, during the flight from Melbourne to Hong Kong, the passenger exhibited behavior that compromised flight safety⚠️, which was promptly managed by the cabin crew. 一名56歲的男士在曼谷因意外導致嚴重的爆裂性骨折，情況危急⚠️。當地醫院緊急為他進行了椎板切除術 (Laminectomy)以緩解脊髓壓力。術後，患者行動完全受限，且急需返回港進行長期專科康復與家人照護。

A 56-year-old man in Bangkok suffered a severe burst fracture due to an accident⚠️, leaving him in critical condition. The local hospital performed an emergency laminectomy to relieve spinal cord pressure. After surgery, the patient was completely immobile and urgently needed to return to Hong Kong for long-term specialized rehabilitation and family care.

Upon receiving the request for assistance, Amber Medical acted swiftly:
The medical team immediately contacted the attending physician in Bangkok directly, obtained the patient’s medical records, surgical reports, and medication history. 🩺After evaluation confirmed the patient was fit for air transfer, a detailed international emergency medical transport plan was formulated. 【ICU跨境直達：從重慶到香港的ICU高鐵護送🚑↔️🚆】

安珀醫療近日接到醫護同仁轉介，協助護送一位從重慶到香港的重症患者。患者曾心臟驟停，需插管並依靠呼吸機維持生命。

Amber Medical recently received a referral from medical colleagues to assist in transporting a critically ill patient from Chongqing to Hong Kong. The patient had experienced cardiac arrest, required intubation, and was dependent on a ventilator to sustain life.

After a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition, transfer distance, and actual needs by the medical team, we decided to utilise a high-speed rail business class cabin to complete this mission:
✅ Smooth Operation: The high-speed rail ensures stable travel, significantly reducing the impact of bumps on critically ill patients.
✅ Spacious Accommodation: The spacious business class seats 💺, combined with lie-flat functionality, create a comfortable "mobile ICU ward" for the patient. 🏥
✅ Necessary Equipment: Portable ventilators, monitors, and other essential medical equipment were provided throughout the journey.
✅ Professional Team: The Hong Kong ICU medical team arrived in Chongqing and collaborated with the mainland ICU team to care for the patient, continuously monitoring vital signs and promptly addressing any emergencies👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️🤝.
