新的李耀祥博士紀念腎科中心設有血液透析中心、腹膜透析中心、腎科病房、腎科日間中心以及多用途室等；此外設立腎科科研中心及腎科研究基金，讓醫護人員有更充足的資源及更完善的設施進行腎病研究工作；位於東華醫院鶴堅士樓三樓的門診部環境及設施亦得以改善。

C Lee(1896–1976) was the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.) The new "Dr. Lee Iu Cheung Memorial Renal Center" has a dialysis center, peritoneal dialysis centers, renal wards, Renal day centers, and multi-purpose rooms; also set up renal research centers and renal research fund, so that medical staff have more resources and better facilities for kidney disease research. The Dr. L.I.C Memorial Renal Centre is located at The Hong Kong Tung Wah Hospital.

Dr. Lee Iu Cheung's grandson and Hong Kong’s pioneering allergy expert, Lee Tak-hong, dies aged 71

Lee died on August 26 of aspiration pneumonia, but was recently treated for a blood circulation disorder.

Dear Friends

It is with great sadness that I give you the news that Mr. Lee Him (in the middle of the cover photo) had passed away on September 5, 2016 . He was the man responsible for making The DR. LEE IU CHEUNG MEMORIAL RENAL CENTRE/李耀祥博士紀念腎科中心 possible. He is someone who had marched to the beat of a different drummer and who had lived his life exactly as he wanted. He was a man of very little words....but many great things got done. His legacy of kindness and caring will remain in our hearts forever. He will be missed beyond measure. RIP
