Every opportunity you get to walk, take it!

Examples:
Get off the bus one stop earlier
Get off the MTR one stop earlier or later
Take the stairs instead of escalators/lift if it's not a crazy amount of floors 😂
Walk around a block before reaching your destination

Even one added detour per day to make your step count increase can help!
