A Quick refresher course on Myofascial therapy. Been a good couple of years since I first studied Myofascial manipulation. Great techniques, with Myofascial therapy there is an expectation of slight discomfort when releasing the soft tissues. Overall super effective techniques.

I was first certified in Soft Tissue Release in 2005 and again in 2011 with a different academy, i have been using it in my practice since then.

The Advanced Soft Tissue Release course by is amazing, a great revision course for myself and also a different way of technique application. The course instructor is fantastic, very well spoken explanations and movements are crystal clear. Very well presented and put together course. Thank you again!
