⭐️ Anatomy and Alignment with the wheel
⭐️ Asana Practice with the Yoga Wheel
- Foundational Poses
- Basic wheel techniques for beginners
- Essential poses: backbends, forward folds, twists
- Intermediate to Advanced Pose
- Inversions and deeper stretches
- Flow sequences incorporating the wheel
- Partner work to practice cueing and assisting
