|大暑好鬼熱,衫領可以跌一跌~|
「大暑,乃炎熱之極也。」大暑是指全年溫度最高、陽氣最盛的時節,也是雷雨及颱風最頻繁的時候,在這個時節特別容易感受濕邪,濕疹也容易發作,此時養生之道著重清熱、利濕、解暑。
宜:
⭕適量食用清熱祛濕食物如冬瓜、薏米、赤小豆、粟米鬚等
⭕預防中暑由調理脾胃開始,每日飲一杯米水
⭕宜選擇清晨或傍晚時間進行戶外運動,揮灑汗水
⭕外出時要做足防曬措施
忌:
❌避免全日逗留冷氣房,因為出汗是身體調節體溫的方式
❌不宜進補,少喝雞湯或滋補湯水
❌忌吃辛辣及油膩食物
❌避免過度勞動

What to Do:
- Appropriately consume winter melon, coix seeds, rice beans, corn silk to clear heat and dampness.
- To prevent heat strokes, you have to condition your spleen and stomach by having rice water daily.
- We can carry out outdoor activities during early morning or evening to induce perspiration.
- Protect ourselves against the sun when we are outdoors.
What NOT to Do:
- Do not spend the entire day in an air-conditioned space because we should sweat it out to regulate the temperature of our body.
- It is not suitable to eat too much tonic foods during this solar term and try to avoid chicken soup and other nourishing soup.
- Avoid spicy and greasy food.
- Avoid overwork.
