🌿 身心共行:探索靜心步行的美好🌿
在現代快節奏的生活中,我們不斷前進,卻鮮少留意自己的腳步。靜心步行不只是移動,而是一場身心探索的旅程——它讓我們放慢步伐,感受當下,找回內在的平衡與寧靜。
花也@解憂所成員 Lamu 和 Nussica 在尼泊爾Ankuran Play-Space Waldorf Inspired School 舉辦正念教育活動: 身心共行,2025年4月30日 當天共有參與者:66位師生,包括校長、6位教師及小一至小四的59名學生。
用步伐打開身心之門
現代教育不僅著重於學科知識,更應幫助學生了解自身情緒並學習如何調整心靈狀態。這場靜心活動不僅是一次簡單的步行,更是一場身心探索的旅程。透過正念冥想、深呼吸練習與步行,師生共同學習如何專注當下,感受內心的平靜與團隊的默契。
活動體驗與感受
專注當下,找到內在平靜 —— 透過冥想與深呼吸,參與者學習如何安定心神,放慢節奏,感受內在的寧靜。許多學生表示,這是他們第一次透過呼吸去調節情緒,短短幾分鐘內就能明顯感受到自己的心情變得穩定。
同步步伐,體驗默契與團隊合作 —— 學生們從個人步行開始,逐步發展為九人同步前行。當所有人專注於步伐,感受彼此的節奏,整個團隊如同一體般前進。許多教師表示,看到學生逐漸理解「共同前行」的概念,並透過行走建立起信任與默契,是非常感動的瞬間。
感受自然,提升感官敏銳度 —— 這場活動於曼陀螺圓形花園,學生們透過專注行走,體驗風的流動、陽光的溫暖,以及大自然帶來的平靜。當活動結束後,不少學生表示,他們感受到一種從未體驗過的喜悅——這種快樂不是來自外在的刺激,而是來自內心的安定。

Mind-Body Journey: Finding Inner Peace Through Movement
On April 30, 2025, Meowfulness @ Lohas Aroma Art, along with Lamu and Nussica, hosted a mindfulness event at Ankuran Play-Space Waldorf Inspired School in Nepal. A total of 66 participants, including teachers and students from grades one to four, joined this experience of meditation, mindful walking, and deep breathing exercises.
Discovering Peace Through Movement
Modern education goes beyond academics—it also teaches emotional awareness and mental balance. This event was more than just a walk; it was an inner exploration, where participants learned to focus on the present, find peace, and build teamwork through shared movement.
