We are a dedicated pediatric therapy provider in Hong Kong, is looking for an Occupational Therapist passionate about working with neurodivergent children. We believe in the power of play and relationship-based therapy and are seeking an individual who shares this vision.

Requirement:

- Current Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong.
- Basic DIRfloortime Practitioner Certificate. Proof of certification is required.
- Training in Sensory Integration.
- Demonstrated passion for working with children and neurodivergent individuals.

Your Role:

You will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, utilizing your expertise in DIRfloortime and Sensory Integration to:

* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans utilizing DIRfloortime and Sensory Integration principles.
* Provide therapy sessions that are playful, engaging, and relationship-focused.
* Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support the child's development across all environments.
* Celebrate each child's unique strengths and provide neurodiversity-affirming care.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic support for each client.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

線上廣東話DIR201: DIRFloortime®基礎認證課程 （為期共12週）

我們將於2026年2月透過ICDL舉辦首個線上廣東話DIR201DIR地板時間 。DIR 201 是一門進階實務課程，適合希望成為認證的DIRFloortime提供者。

這課程將幫助專業人士（治療師、教師）與家長從「知道理論」進階到「能夠執行」。本課程將從理論層面延伸至 DIRFloortime® (地板時間) 模式的實際應用。

✅ 掌握核心能力: 在課程期間，學員將專注於掌握及如何具體協助孩子建立生命中最重要的前四項功能性情緒發展能力 (FEDCs)：

將於2026年2月透過ICDL舉辦線上廣東話DIR101課程。我們誠摯邀請大家了解DIRFloortime如何支持兒童發展並促進健康成長。

課程簡介

這是您進入 DIRFloortime® 世界的第一步！ DIR 101 是國際認可的首階證書課程。本課程將帶領您跳脫傳統行為治療的框架，從全新的角度理解自閉症 (ASD) 及其他發展障礙兒童。您將學習如何透過「關係」與「遊戲」，協助孩子跨越發展的里程碑。

課程講師：
Joan NG (特殊教育老師) (香港)
Eva Ma (職業治療師) (美國)

您將學到什麼？
本課程將全面介紹 D.I.R. 模式的三大核心支柱，幫助您繪製出協助孩子成長的地圖：

1. D - 發展能力 (Developmental Capacities): 了解人類情緒發展的六大核心里程碑 (FEDCs 1-6)。

從「自我調節」到「邏輯思考」，我們將分析孩子目前處於哪個發展階段，以及下一步該往哪裡走。

2. I - 個體差異 (Individual Differences): 每個孩子的大腦運作方式都是獨一無二的。

學習如何觀察孩子的感官反應（對聲音、觸覺、動作的敏感度）及動作計畫能力，並理解這些生理特質如何影響他們的行為。

3. R - 關係為本 (Relationship-based): 關係是學習的燃料。

了解如何運用「跟隨孩子的帶領」(Following the Child's Lead) 來建立信任，並將這種信任轉化為大腦發展的動力。

DIRFloortime is about emphasising developmental progress while de-emphasising 'problem behaviour.'

Focusing on fixing behaviour instead of growth is like continually pulling unhealthy leaves while neglecting to enrich the soil.

DIRFloortime 強調的是孩子的發展進步，而非「問題行為」。

專注於糾正「行為」而不是促進成長，就像只著重於不斷拔掉不健康的葉子，而忽略讓土壤變得肥沃。
