【「蛇」年健康提示 🐍】
蛇年記得關心身邊人健康之餘，仲有條「蛇」要注意🐍！今年嘅二月二十四日至三月二日係帶狀疱疹關注週📅，就等我地一齊多關心生蛇疾病資訊啦！
💡 咩係「生蛇」？¹
會引發生蛇係因為水痘痊癒後，潛伏喺神經線嘅病毒再度活躍，會因年齡增長、壓力大、休息不足或免疫力下降而復發。
📊 數據話你知¹‘²：
全港 97%成年人 體內都有水痘病毒，平均1/3人一生起碼經歷一次生蛇，仲可能會復發！
⚠️ 表徵及症狀³⁻⁵：
外觀表徵包括水泡同紅疹。而病毒更加會攻擊神經線，令你感覺到灼燒感、電擊痛、針刺痛，後遺嘅神經痛甚至可以持續10年！
🩺 併發症³‘⁶⁻¹⁴：
生蛇上眼或耳，可導致失明或失聰㗎！亦會引致面癱、心血管疾病風險上升，糖尿病患者血糖不穩定、慢性腎病患者腎衰竭風險增加。
👩⚕️ 高危人群⁴‘¹⁵⁻²¹：
患有三高或長期病患者、因為疾病或治療導致免疫力低下嘅人、生活壓力大人士、曾經感染新冠肺炎嘅人、或者自己同家人曾經生蛇嘅人都會易啲中招！
