Yoga Arena 選址於屯門建榮商業大廈。

瑜伽課程由瑜伽導師Janice Tong教授！她練習瑜伽近10年，2016年在香港瑜伽協會考取美國聯盟瑜伽證書200，并考取空中瑜伽、瑜伽輪、理療瑜伽、及雙峰瑜伽認可資格。

導師會因應學員的程度，循序漸進地教授，耐心糾正學員的瑜伽技巧，務求令學員不但可以學習到正統的瑜伽式子，更能掌握瑜伽的要素，呼吸法、平衡力、肌力、肌耐力及柔軟度，使學員身、心、靈都得到莫大的禆益。
