Menopause typically begins between 45-55—
but stress, poor diet, or low energy (Qi deficiency) can push it earlier.

If you’re noticing irregular cycles, fatigue, or sudden hot flashes,
your body might need rebalancing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine,
we don’t just treat symptoms—we work with your natural rhythms.

🌿 Herbal medicine
tailored to your hormonal cycle:
- Certain herbs support estrogen-like effects when needed, while others stabilize energy or cool heat (like night sweats).
- Formulas change weekly to align with your body’s phases—no one-size-fits-all.

🛌 Lifestyle adjustments
(like reducing cold foods and prioritizing sleep) protect ovarian health.

☯️ Acupuncture
regulates Qi and stress hormones, which can delay early decline.

Menopause isn’t a switch—
it’s a gradual transition.

With TCM, we help your body adapt naturally and ease symptoms before they escalate.

Curious how this works for your cycle?

Twelve of us in Bali,
sharing laughs, stories, and all the little moments that make life good.

At 2 AM, we gathered in the cold,
taking a two-hour ride to witness the sunrise at Mount Batur.

The sky was filled with stars, and as the sun rose,
it felt like paradise.

Standing there, I was in awe—
not just of nature’s beauty, but of the people beside me.

I felt incredibly fortunate.
Fortunate to have found, and to be found by, these wonderful souls.

Because in the end,
the best memories aren’t just about where we went,
but who we had beside us.

❤️

Did you know Chinese medicine can help delay menopause naturally?

Menopause typically occurs between 45-55 years old,
but early onset can be managed and prevented with the right approach.

In my latest Sing Tao Newspaper article,
I discuss how stress, poor lifestyle, and weak kidney Qi can trigger early menopause
and how Chinese medicine can help restore hormonal balance through
herbal medicine, acupuncture, diet, and emotional well-being. 🌿

Happiness isn’t about what we have — it’s about how we see things.

Step back, and you’ll realize you already have enough.
Health, food, water, people who care about you. Everything else is extra.

The quality of your thoughts shapes the quality of your life.
Don’t waste energy on what you can’t control.
Focus on what you can. That’s where real peace is.

- Sore throat
- Cough with yellow phlegm
- Thirst & dry mouth
- Headache

🌿 Examples of Herbal Remedies
- Ginger (Warm) – Expels cold, stops nausea, soothes cough
- Peppermint (Cool) – Clears heat, relieves sore throat, reduces headaches

Throwback to my last trip to the UAE in 2024.

I’m deeply grateful to have patients from all over the world.
My Dubai patients always encourage me to visit and check in on how things are going there.

Every time I travel,
I’m reminded of how small I am and how magnificent the world is.

It puts things into perspective—
many of the problems, struggles, or anxieties we face are tiny compared to the vastness of the universe.
What truly matters is not the size of the challenge
but how we choose to perceive and handle it.

I’m thankful every day to have found a career I truly love—
one that lets me share my passion, skills, and knowledge to help others in meaningful and transformative ways.

Please, 2025, treat us all well.
Let’s continue striving together for a healthier, happier world.
From petite Elizabeth, with love and gratitude.
