We’re excited for the upcoming 3 Ball Race Series, starting at the iconic Mount Parker! If you’re racing, here’s how to fuel smart and perform your best with BIX:
Pre-race: Start strong by taking 1 BIX Active tablet with 500ml of water about 30–60 minutes before the race. This helps top up essential electrolytes and prepare your body for the hot, humid conditions you’ll face on the trails.
