How to energize yourself so you feel centred and grounded again?

I go out into nature or sometimes I just open the window and listen to the sounds of the birds, this can be so energizing.
Depending on the location to listen to the silence of nature is actually not that silent. I just love exploring the different sounds nature provides us with.

I then add some nice deep breathing to deepen my experience and to go within, and I am ready for whatever life throws at me. :-)
