I am always so grateful for your ongoing love and support for me and the work I do for woman/ adults, kids/teens, schools and organisations. ❤️

For almost 30 years, I have supported the local community through various initiatives for individuals and groups.

My mind seems to be wired differently than most! Do you ever feel that way?

Over the years, I’ve noticed that I often interpret or process questions and ideas differently than others. The way I see things isn’t always the same as how others do. In school, I frequently felt that I wasn’t “getting it,” leading me to judge myself and think there was something wrong with me. This further eroded my already fragile self-esteem and confidence.

The truth is, as I’ve come to understand, I intuitively assess answers from multiple levels and perspectives all at once. This makes my understanding different—sometimes deep and complex—but certainly not wrong!

In the past, I would often ignore my own viewpoints to conform to others’ ideas, seeking approval and trying to fit in. While this felt ‘safe,’ it ultimately left me feeling miserable, disempowered, and resentful, as it didn’t align with my true self.

It has been a huge learning experience. As I’ve matured in my self-worth and grown spiritually, I’ve learned to stand behind my truth. I now see that I’m meant to think outside the box! Interestingly, my astrological chart reveals my path to innovate and pioneer, viewing life through a different lens. By developing confidence and empowerment, I’ve learned to move beyond fear, embrace my truth, and share what I know.

Your perspective is just that—your perspective! It’s beautiful, refreshing, enlightening, wise, authentic, valid, and real. So celebrate it!

Don’t hold back from sharing your truth or who you are. The world needs fresh ideas, breakthroughs, and new ways of thinking—in education, health, business, and simply in life.

At that moment in my acceptance speech, I shared a short meditation to connect with our hearts, each other, and the power of our ancestors...bringing that energy forward for future generations.

It was also a moment to highlight that we were anchoring empowering intentions and seeding positive energies in one of the world's major cities, London— literally next to the decision-makers in Westminster and Buckingham Palace. 🙂

I was so in the moment that I also forgot we were joined by people from around the world - on livestream! 😅

I dedicated this award to all those who turned their pain into purpose. To my amazing husband for his fearless courage, and my beautiful daughter that inspires me daily.. To my parents who taught me so much, and how the challenges and struggles shaped me to be who I am today. And to all those clients, friends and my dear family- thank you for believing in me and this work, and for your constant support and love. I am eternally grateful to you all, from the bottom of my heart.

It’s been a month and certainly taken me some time to ground myself back in reality. 🤗❤️

As someone who once struggled with self-hate and judgment (and once described by work colleague as “insignificant “), I often compared myself to others and tried to be anything but myself! With low self-esteem, I had no sense of self. My healing journey has taught me so much about self-love and acceptance. I've come to understand that I am worthy just by being me...
Embracing your True Self allows you to be authentically you, and in doing so, you are seen, heard, and validated. But it’s not about others; it’s about knowing who you are, irrespective of external validation. You are worthy and valued simply because you exist. ❤
Standing alongside such incredible women doing amazing things, I felt humbled and in awe, For me, this award is not just about recognition (and that is truly phenomenal). It also represents an ongoing commitment to embody my own value and worth, and be a greater (self) leader and messenger of hope and inspiration for others.

To all who struggle with self-worth and self-love, know this:
You never grow unless you try.
You never shine unless you embrace who you are.
You rise by taking that step—and only you can do that.

When you believe in yourself, the rest will follow. Have the courage to be your authentic self—the world needs you 🥰❤️

Today, we honor all women—past, present, and future—who are stepping up, stepping out, and taking action. To those who are struggling and doing their best, to those who uplift and inspire, and to those who quietly hold space and light in the background.
Here's to all of us who strive to be ourselves, live with love, and lead from the heart.

As you may know, my life’s work is driven by a soul call and a purpose to raise consciousness for a unified and balanced world. Am I a dreamer? Maybe. But it is precisely those dreams that have taken me on a whirlwind of healing, allowing me to help others on their journeys and guide them to fulfill THEIR dreams.

For many years, I have supported the advancement of women and girls through innovative initiatives like the Empowerment Dayfest events, the Empowerment School platform for youth, women's retreats, and Empowerment Mentorship programs. These offerings focus on self-leadership, balance, self-worth, self-love, and transformative healing, all coming from my HEART with genuine and authentic purpose. I am so grateful for all the women that have crossed my path who inspire me to create, to heal and learn from.

Today, I want to honor every woman who is finding courage and STEPPING UP, STEPPING OUT, and CREATING ACTION to drive change. If I can take one small step to inspire this, then my heart is already full.

I also want to honor my mum today. She was a strong, powerful woman in her own way, alongside her physical disabilities and health struggles.
