5-minutes Weight Control Breakfast!
5分鐘减肥早餐!
No matter how rush in a morning can be, we never want to miss out eating a good and nutritious breakfast!
Today we made Organic Rolled Oats in Organic Unsweetened Soymilk served with the following nutrients packed ingredients:
1/2 Cup Organic Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (Buy thick cut if you can find!);
Raspberry Apricots from USA! (Oh, so yummy!);
Organic Banana;
USA Fresh Blueberry;
1 Tablespoon Organic H**p Hearts;
1 Tablespoon Organic Golden Flaxmeal! (So important!)
A pinch of sea salt and Organic Cinnamon Powder to taste!
Ready to eat in 5 minutes!
Boil approximately 3/4 cups of water or water just cover over the 1/2 cup of Oats, add a pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder.
Turn off heat once the oats is bubbly boiling. Set aside, prepare the fruits you like to add.
In a serving bowl, add the Flaxmeal and H**p Hearts, add in the cooked oats, fruits, add Cold Soymilk, mix and enjoy!

今天又做了營養豐富的有機燕麥早餐喔!食材如下:
半杯有機無麩質燕麥(要買厚片最理想!);
美國新鮮覆盆子杏脯;
有機香蕉;
美國藍莓;
一大匙有機大麻籽;
一大匙有機黃金亞麻籽粉;
些許海鹽和肉桂粉調味!
只需5分鐘就做好啦!
煮沸約3/4杯或蓋過燕麥的水,加點海鹽和半小匙的肉桂粉,加入燕麥直到燕麥大滾就熄火,靜置,此時準備自己喜愛的水果。
備好一個碗,加入大麻籽和亞麻籽粉,再加入煮好的燕麥,水果撲面,加冷豆奶即可食用啦!
