5-minutes Weight Control Breakfast!
5分鐘减肥早餐!

No matter how rush in a morning can be, we never want to miss out eating a good and nutritious breakfast!

Today we made Organic Rolled Oats in Organic Unsweetened Soymilk served with the following nutrients packed ingredients:

1/2 Cup Organic Gluten-Free Rolled Oats (Buy thick cut if you can find!);
Raspberry Apricots from USA! (Oh, so yummy!);
Organic Banana;
USA Fresh Blueberry;
1 Tablespoon Organic H**p Hearts;
1 Tablespoon Organic Golden Flaxmeal! (So important!)
A pinch of sea salt and Organic Cinnamon Powder to taste!

Ready to eat in 5 minutes!
Boil approximately 3/4 cups of water or water just cover over the 1/2 cup of Oats, add a pinch of sea salt and 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder.
Turn off heat once the oats is bubbly boiling. Set aside, prepare the fruits you like to add.
In a serving bowl, add the Flaxmeal and H**p Hearts, add in the cooked oats, fruits, add Cold Soymilk, mix and enjoy!

無論早上有多匆忙,我們一定不會不吃早餐!

今天又做了營養豐富的有機燕麥早餐喔!食材如下:

半杯有機無麩質燕麥(要買厚片最理想!);
美國新鮮覆盆子杏脯;
有機香蕉;
美國藍莓;
一大匙有機大麻籽;
一大匙有機黃金亞麻籽粉;
些許海鹽和肉桂粉調味!

只需5分鐘就做好啦!
煮沸約3/4杯或蓋過燕麥的水,加點海鹽和半小匙的肉桂粉,加入燕麥直到燕麥大滾就熄火,靜置,此時準備自己喜愛的水果。
備好一個碗,加入大麻籽和亞麻籽粉,再加入煮好的燕麥,水果撲面,加冷豆奶即可食用啦!

No matter how rush in a morning can be, we never want to miss out eating a good and nutritious breakfast!

Italian Parsley Linguine! 意大利香菜意粉!

We love pasta and we prefer to cook our own pasta flavor! Ingredients can be simple yet packed with amazing flavors! This time we used plentiful of Fresh Italian Parsley, buying fresh herbs here is convenient and good price too!

We added some green olives, sundried tomatoes, and sprinkle with a whole lemon peel! We didn't use garlic but chose to French shallots instead!

Absolutely Al Dente and Delicious!

我們最愛吃意大利麵條,而且較喜愛自己做的味道!其實食材可以非常簡單,但是味道確是那麼豐富!這次我們選用了新鮮意大利香菜(洋芫荽!),這裡很容易買到各種新鮮的香草而且價格不貴。

我們還加入一些青橄欖、番茄乾和用了一個檸檬的皮!我們沒用蒜蓉,選擇了用法國幹蔥!

味道非常可口啊!

We brought our homemade big salad to work today! Couldn't believe we went through the trouble to bring so many ingredients just to satisfy our cravings for a good, clean and healthy lunch!

Since we hadn't bought our blender at home, we simply use a fork to mash up 2 very ripened mangoes, so, instead of Mango Dressing, we made a Mango Chutney to go with our big salad! The Mango Chutney included sweet mangoes, Fresh basils, Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegar, a little Korean Chilli Paste, Fresh lime juice, etc! It's Sweet and sour and a little spicy!

The big salad includes:
Earthbound's Organic Mixed Greens;
Roasted Baby Potatoes;
Roasted Mini Sweet Peppers;
Eden's Organic Chickpeas;
Yves Vegan Bacon Strips;
Homemade Mango Chutney!

Yum! Yum!

Feeling absolutely satisfying!

我們很開心與一班香港年輕朋友在 Do Chay越南素食餐廳歡聚,雖然他們並非素食者,但是卻非常喜歡這家越南素食餐廳的味道,尤其粉面種類多而且味道非常好,當然還有前菜如芒果沙律和小吃如炸辣蠔菇也非常可口呢!
