【HYROX Training Tips · Can Your Legs Keep Up?】
There are many things to keep in mind when preparing for HYROX, we have therefore created a doctor Q&A series to address common training-related questions. In this episode, let’s focuses on leg’s health.
When training for HYROX or other high‑intensity workouts, most people focus on cardio fitness, strength and pacing, but in fact your legs are constantly under significant strain. Do compression socks really help enhance performance? And if you notice prominent or bulging veins in your legs after training, is that normal?
