🧠 專注力不足、記憶力下降、坐不住、衝動行為或持續拖延，都是較常見的日常表現，而在臨床上亦常與 ADHD 相關。近年，愈來愈多專業人士開始運用 fNIRS 技術，以更客觀地了解與注意力及執行功能相關的腦部反應，而 OBELAB 的 NIRSIT 亦是常用的量度工具之一。

Prof. Roger Ho 最近於香港科技大學進行研究，嘗試結合紅外線腦部掃描分析前額葉功能、眼動儀視覺注意力測試，以及電腦化運動注意力測試三組客觀量測，以協助判斷受測者所呈現的 ADHD 特徵範圍。他亦指出，fNIRS 能在不同任務下觀察大腦反應，比問卷調查或行為觀察更為客觀。
