Music inspired by wifey who just got into 50c. Pictured wagyu with flaky sea salt. Sides sautés burdock root , tako wasabi (octopus), wakame (seaweed salad), maybe Kim chi as well. Can’t remember if this was lunch but this is a typical midnight snack for myself
