Creative Arts Therapy is the psychotherapeutic use of different arts modalities; i.e. Dance/Movement, Drama, Music, Arts... to further the emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of the individual. Piece of Sky 由美國註冊督導級舞蹈/動作治療師,美國註冊戲劇治療師/ 認證導師及美國認可兒童醫療輔導師盧幸賢創立。盧氏於倫敦藝術大學取得音樂劇舞學士學歷，為香港迪士尼樂園前全職歌唱員。離職後，盧氏遠渡到獲美國舞蹈治療師協會認可的安蒂奧克新英格蘭研究生院(Antioch University New England)進修，取得舞蹈/動作治療及心理輔導碩士資格。
盧氏臨床經歷幅蓋美國，香港,中國大陸及歐洲。服務範圍包括醫院,學校，代刑計劃等。
盧氏操流利英文，廣東話，普通話及簡單荷蘭語。

Piece of Sky was founded by Candy Lo, MA in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling , Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist (US) ,Registered Drama Therapist/Board Certified Trainer (US), Certified Child Life Specialist (US). Candy received her BA in Musical Theatre Dance from London University of Arts ( London Studio Center) and worked for Hong Kong Disneyland as a singer for three years prior to her therapist career. After leaving Disney, Candy furthered her study and graduated from the American Dance Therapy Association accredited program of Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling at Antioch University New England. Candy's clinical experience includes hospitals, mental health facilities, legal system, schools, etcs with varies populations in United States, Hong Kong, China and Belgium . Candy is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and simple Flemish.

We are currently recruiting people age 18 and above for a Creative Movement Group (Self care through movement adult group). The group is meeting on Mondays from 6-7 pm ET over zoom; starting on Jan 26- Apr 20 ( expect Feb 16, Mar 2, Mar 30 ) . This group serves as a fieldwork/practicum experience for first year Dance/Movement Therapy students at Antioch University New England: Dance/Movement Therapy & CFT and is supervised by Candy Lo, Board Certified-Dance/Movement Therapist, Registered Drama Therapist / Board Certified Trainer and Certified Child Life Specialist; adjunct faculty of Antioch University New England.

This group is free of charge and will be conducted in English. It provides an opportunity for participants to connect to themselves through movement, play and other creative means in order to achieve self-care and self compassion.

Participants are required to commit to ALL 10 sessions of the group and is currently NOT a DMT students of any nature ( including on campus, Low Res and Alternate Route)

No previous dance experience needed and please wear clothes that you can move in comfortably and bring along some paper or your sketch book / journal, some pens and colours of your choice
