To practice yoga is to make an effort. It’s a commitment to be fully here. It extends far beyond a 90-minute asana class. It is the continuous practice of awareness: how we use our time, money, and energy to support our values. It’s how we care for our body—both personal and collective. It’s choosing to see obstacles as part of the practice, not the end. We return to the practice again and again with honesty, integrity and curiosity.🧘🏽‍♀️✨

5 YEARS! 🧡🙏

This was a BIG one for us! We are overflowing with gratitude as we celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Ashtanga Tropicana Retreat.

Looking back, we remember starting from a place of uncertainty after pandemic. But from those first guests stepping onto the mat, we have blossomed into an abundance of friendships, wild adventures, and deep practices. We are praying to keep this sacred fire (tapas 🔥) burning bright and to continue growing this beautiful community.

Thank you. To EVERY single person who has rolled out a mat with us, trusted us, and supported this dream. We simply couldn’t have done it without you.
