Olive oil production has been our family tradition for more than a hundred years and was founded by my great-great-grandfather. More than a family tradition, olive oil production is our great love and we have never given up on tradition such as hand picking but at the same time we are implementing new techologies to preserve all the nutrition values and produce olive oil of highest quality. Our olives are hand picked with care and are cold pressed the same day which ensures the genuine quality. In our family quality is an imperative as we are big consumers of olive oil, and each gold medal won for extra virgin olive oil is proof of that quality as well as our hard work and endless respect of our olives.
