Evan & Mia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil We are a family-run farm dedicated to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Our olives are grown in a small village Nova Vas, next to Poreč in region Istria, where tradition meets modern production methods and ecological approach.

Spring is slowly waking everything up 🌿

Fruit trees are in full bloom, olive trees freshly pruned and ready for a new season, and the fields are glowing yellow under a blanket of dandelions. There’s still a hint of the north wind in the air, that crisp touch of bora reminding us that winter hasn’t completely let go—but nature is already moving forward.

March is a busy time in the olive grove 🌿

This is when we prune — one of the most important steps for a healthy and productive olive tree. It might look simple, but every cut has a purpose.

By removing excess and shaping the tree, we help sunlight reach every branch and allow air to flow freely. This keeps the tree strong, supports better flowering, and leads to a more balanced and consistent harvest.

Good pruning means better olives, year after year.

What we do today in the grove, we’ll see in the bottle tomorrow.
