It has been a year but our excitement still remains! 🤩

We are honored and thrilled that on this day – 5 August, 2019 – Global Wellness Day was recognized as one of the 15 inspiring social responsibility projects by TRH the Duke & Duchess of Sussex, Sussex Royal 🌸

For nearly a decade Global Wellness Day has been reminding people around the world about the value of taking care of our physical and mental health. Never before has its message been more meaningful than now during a global pandemic. On Saturday, June 13th, 2020 Global Wellness Day was celebrated with a 24-hour livestream featuring 63 wellness experts. Starting with the sunrise in New Zealand and ending with the sunset in California, Global Wellness Day was celebrated in more than 150 countries and in over 8500 location with the motto; “One day, can change your whole life!” 💕🍏

This month we turned to you for ideas of accounts to follow featuring people, organisations and causes that you find inspiring or noteworthy. Thank you to each and every one of you who contributed! Many of you have suggested that we use this month as an opportunity to highlight lesser known organisations and shine a light on those working hard behind the scenes that may not get the level of attention that they so rightly deserve. These accounts showcase those persevering at the grassroots level, connecting our global community through a shared lens of giving back and helping one another. We were so happy to learn about them and are now able to share them with you.

Thank you for being part of this collective conversation with us; we hope everyone has enjoyed discovering many of these accounts and engaging with each other on how we can all be Forces For Change.

Ugostila nas je Osječka TV, razgovarali smo o inicijativi koju je Wellness Solutions (www.wellnessolutions.co.uk), kao jedini hrvatski ambasador za Global Wellness Day, predstavio Osijeku sa temom "Očuvanje mentalnog zdravlja" te o tjelesnoj kondiciji koja je izuzetno bitna za očuvanje cjelokupnog zdravlja organizma.
