I successfully completed the intensive Medical Myofascial Wave Lomi-Lomi Massage workshop, held in collaboration with the National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. The program was conducted under the auspices of the International Massage Festival The Original(Founder: Mr. Georgi Kristev) and the World Massage Championship - Manual Therapy - Nuad Thai(Italian Ministry of Health and Sanitation, President: Jonathan van Put). It brought together an international cohort of osteopaths, physiotherapists, and advanced manual therapy practitioners.
The training emphasized fascia-oriented medical massage techniques, also known as Ka “Ao” Aka (“the shadow behind”), with a focus on collaborative knowledge exchange regarding the back and front functional Mana line and Aloha line. It integrated interdisciplinary approaches with the proper flow of breath techniques, ensuring balanced application to effectively help clients and implement the Medical Wave Lomi-Lomi treatment plan.
To guide others on their healing journey, one must first understand what it means to feel pain, only then can one truly help lift it away.
