On retreat: from Kathmandu to Baktapur to Pokhara in the jeep was rather long, but fascinating.....a sensory feast. We have now landed in a marvelous spa hotel, enjoying the treatments and the pool and rooftop yoga, journaling, meditation, delicious food and fruit juices. Today, a sound bath is today's wonderous experience.

Shortly I will be heading out, once more, to Prithipura Communities in Sri Lanka. If you would like to help me raise some money for some special treats or contribute to some special equipment please message me. Once there, we decide, along with the Director, how your gift will be spent.You can be assured that 100% of your contributions go straight to the running of this wonderful organisation, this loving home for disabled Sri Lankan children.
