Tema o kojoj ćemo razgovarati i fokus kroz 6 dana radionice ~ Vagus živac
Koja je njegova uloga i kako stimulirati najduži živac u tijelu ~ naš software
te glavni živac njegovog parasimpatičkog dijela - onog koji kontrolira autonomne tjelesne funkcije kao što su opuštanje, regulacija krvnog tlaka i otkucaja srca, probava i imunološki sustav.

Vježbe će biti kreirane za sve od početnika do svakodnevnih praktikanata yoge, a odvijati će se svaki dan u popodnevnim satima od
18:30 - 19:45 .hr

Favourite movements to open the hip flexors and the calves, the chest, stretching the shoulders, back, and front line of the body.
Breathe ~
By focusing on your breathing during each movement, we often find our bodies relax and allow for a deeper stretch. As long as you can breathe comfortably through your nose in a stretch, you’re not pushing too hard.
Video 2,3 & 5 holding the blocks instead of touching the ground can be very helpful 😌

Listen to your body, go slowly 🙏🏻
