Recently I have been practicing the bars also more on my kids. And the results are amazing.
Especially when I see their grumpy and they don’t know why they feel like that. I ask them if I can run their bars and they are so different after!
They feel happy, space and releave 🙏
A bars session for kids session is just 20 min until 30 hour💆‍♀️
