Med&X Association at the UK Embassy in Croatia 🇬🇧🤝🇭🇷

It was a great honor for our team to visit the British Embassy in Croatia and meet with H.E. Simon Thomas OBE, British Ambassador to Croatia, and Andrea Kovac. We had the opportunity to present our key initiatives and explore exciting avenues for future collaboration.

We proudly shared:

[Med&X Accelerator 2025 at University of Zurich]

😃 The University of Zurich is one of Europe’s most prestigious academic and research institutions, celebrated for its excellence in life sciences and medical innovation. As the alma mater of 12 laureates, including Albert Einstein, it has a rich legacy of groundbreaking discoveries. Its Faculty of Medicine leads pioneering research in neuroscience, oncology, and immunology, solidifying the University of Zurich’s position as a global leader in tackling modern medical challenges.

🔥 This year, one Med&X Accelerator student will have the chance to join a student exchange program under the mentorship of Dr. Tina Perica at the University of Zurich.
👉🏻 Eligible candidates include and students, as well as students in the fourth year or higher of integrated studies in , , , or , with prior experience in basic sciences.
👉🏻 The program duration, requiring a minimum commitment of one month, will be decided by mutual agreement between the selected candidate and Dr. Perica.

🧑🏻‍⚕️ Yale University, established in 1701 in New Haven, Connecticut, is one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions in the United States. An Ivy League member, it offers diverse academic programs and is celebrated for its iconic campus, featuring landmarks like Sterling Memorial Library and Harkness Tower. has a strong tradition in the arts and counts U.S. presidents, laureates, and other influential figures among its alumni.

🔥This year, one Med&X Accelerator student will have the opportunity to participate in a student exchange program at Yale University under the mentorship of Dr. Zorana Ivcevic.
👉🏻 Applicants must be or students from Croatia.
👉🏻 The program, lasting up to three months, allows for a combination of virtual and on-site participation in Dr. Ivcevic’s laboratory. The balance between virtual and in-person components will be determined by agreement between the selected candidate and Dr. Ivcevic.
