Kundalini Yoga Vis Kundalini Yoga ili Yoga Svjesnosti je idealna za ljude koji žive aktivnim životom; pomaže nam da budemo svjesni, oprezni i opušteni u svakodnevnim obvezama.

Kundalini Yoga otvara individualni put ka zdravlju i ravnoteži, uči nas o svijesnosti prema našem tijelu i omogućuje nam da uživamo u izvornom stanju unutarnjeg mira. Njezin je cilj uskladiti tijelo, duh i dušu uz pomoć pokreta, koncentracije, meditacije, svjesnog disanja i zvuka (mantre). Kundalini yogu karakteriziraju dinamičke sekvence vježbi (Kriye) i meditacije koje se često izvode uz glazbu s mantrama. Na taj način potičemo tok životne energije. Prednosti vježbanja su dobitak više volje i budnosti u svakodnevnom životu i svjesniji stav prema sebi i drugima. Praksa kundalini yoge pogodna je za sve i odmah osjećamo njezine pozitivne učinke. Otvara individualni put ka zdravlju i ravnoteži, uči nas o svijesnosti prema svom tijelu i omogućuje nam da uživamo u izvornom stanju unutarnjeg mira.
