Last weekend (30 Jan – 1 Feb 2026), Centar za psihodramu had the pleasure of hosting the 10th meeting of the FEPTO Network Group for Psychodrama with Children and Youth in Zagreb, Croatia.
This year’s gathering focused on the theoretical and practical foundations of child & adolescent psychodrama, with a special emphasis on disease- and disorder-specific interventions in theory and practice.
It was a real honor to welcome colleagues from across Europe and the Mediterranean—an inspiring space for meeting, learning, sharing clinical experience, and strengthening our community of practitioners working with children and young people through psychodrama.
A few highlights from the program:
• “Research on the Effectiveness of Psychodrama in Group Therapy with Children”
• “Attachment theory and PD techniques - implications for internal working models and social competences”
• “The impact of neuropsychotherapeutic research on psychodrama-therapy and practice for children”
• “A Trauma-Informed Psychodrama Intervention Protocol for Children and Adolescents Following Collective Loss” + workshop “Living With Loss: Psychodrama for Safety, Connection, and Continuity After Trauma”
• “The boy between imagination and silence”
• “A Training Approach for Psychodramatic Work with Children with Specific Diagnoses” (poster)
Thank you to everyone who contributed with their knowledge, presence, courage, and warmth. We’re leaving with new ideas, fresh connections, and a stronger sense of shared purpose. 💛
