No matter how well you live, at least once in your life… you’ll wake up with a tense neck. 😅
Instead of ignoring it, I turned to what I know best—TCM wellness.
I started with moxa to gently warm and activate the area, followed by diluted ginger oil to deepen the warmth. Then came gua sha to release tension and stagnation, Qigong to restore flow and mobility, and finally an ear seed on Shen Men to calm the nervous system from within.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, points on the neck and upper back are especially vulnerable to “Wind”—one of the main causes of stiffness, pain, and imbalance. Supporting the body in time can make all the difference.
