"Me time" isn’t a luxury — it’s a return to self.

Here in Yoga Garden by the Kupa River, everything softens. The noise fades. The breath deepens. Thoughts drift away like clouds over water, and suddenly there is no rush, no expectation — just this moment.

I sit. I breathe. I watch the river flow effortlessly, reminding me that I can move through life the same way — softer, slower, more present.

This is my space to reset. To reconnect. To come back into my body, my peace, my self.

🧘‍♀️ YOGA RADIONICA ZA TRUDNICE – LAGANA TRUDNOĆA 🤍

U utorak, 21. 4. od 17–19 sati družimo se na radionici yoge za trudnice *Lagana trudnoća* u Verbasana yoga studiu (Vlaška 80).

Okupljamo se uz čaj u 17 sati, uz kratki uvod u osnove prenatalne yoge i upoznavanje. Kroz radionicu prolazimo ciljane vježbe prilagođene individualnim potrebama – jednostavne za usvojiti i primjenjivati kad god ti zatrebaju.

✨ Fokus prakse:
– ramena, prsa i vrat
– kralježnica
– zdjelica i pelvično dno (uključujući zatvor)
– umor, kvalitetniji san i oticanje
– opuštanje

Nakon radionice slijedi vođeni sat yoge prilagođen svim trudnicama, a za kraj se opuštamo uz Yoga Nidru 🌙

💫 Ova radionica pruža ti konkretne alate za cijelu trudnoću – kako ublažiti napetosti, smanjiti bolove i bolje osluškivati svoje tijelo.
Svaka polaznica dobiva PDF s vježbama za svakodnevnu praksu.

Jer svaki svjestan dah i pokret podrška su tijelu koje upravo stvara novi život 🤍
